Ghost stories

These are reported legends, not verified events. The creepiness score (1–5) is Spook Atlas's own editorial rating, not a measurement.

The Lavender Lady Our creepiness rating 💀💀💀💀💀
A 2019 McMenamins blog post tells of an older woman in a print dress, smelling of lavender, who left books for residents. It says a construction worker saw her during the renovation. The company itself presents the tale playfully, as the story behind its attic-room names. Source: McMenamins Blog, 2019.
