Real history
French-Canadian brothers Joseph and Arthur Nadeau founded the brothel in 1890 and named it for Joseph's wife, Delia Nadeau, née Dumas. It closed in 1982 as the longest-operating brothel in the United States (Wikipedia).
In 2018 KXLF reported that David and Charlee Prince of Forsyth bought the building at a city auction held after the previous owner went four years delinquent on property taxes, and planned tours and ghost hunts (KXLF, 2018). NBC Montana, citing the Montana Standard, reported the October 2018 tax deed auction price as $29,000 (NBC Montana, 2018).
