Ghost stories
These are reported legends, not verified events. The creepiness score (1–5) is Spook Atlas's own editorial rating, not a measurement.
Denver7 reported in 2019 that hotel PR representative Julie Dunn described Florence Montague, linked to an alleged murder-suicide in Room 320, turning faucets and lights on and off and pulling back covers for male guests staying alone. Dunn also described a postman ghost in the Cruise Room who orders a beer, though bartenders find it still full after he leaves. Source: Denver7, 2019.
