Real history
WNP-3 was halted in July 1983 at about 76% complete, and WNP-5 was terminated in 1982 at 16%. WNP-3 was formally ended in 1994 and the site passed to the Satsop Redevelopment Project (Wikipedia; Port of Grays Harbor).
