Ghost stories
These are reported legends, not verified events. The creepiness score (1–5) is Spook Atlas's own editorial rating, not a measurement.
Legend says a woman drowned in the bathtub of room 1102 on her honeymoon, and some versions say her grieving adult son took his own life in the next room. In 2024 venue manager Cornel Thomas, a self-described skeptic, told the Standard-Examiner that residents and visitors still report things they cannot explain on the 11th floor, including dogs barking at room corners.
